Our smallest linear motor cross table measures only 320 × 320 × 100 mm. External reference edges and the plug-and-play concept reduce integration work to a minimum.
The compact unit is exceptionally durable, with up to 50 million driving cycles with minimal maintenance. Our highly dynamic and backlash-free linear motors LMSA and drive amplifiers ED1 are used the drive and control. As a result, repeat accuracies of 0.003 mm are achieved.
For laser applications in particular, thermostable bellows protect the positioning system against heat and dust, which helps to ensure a maximum service life.
